
This spatter of turkey can be a great way to improvise for reheating after Christmas, but it can also be a fresh dish in any other season, for when you want to leave the typical chicken. Saladitas® combine perfectly with the acidity and freshness of turkey spatter, and to prepare the vinaigrette and make it delicious, we recommend that the olive oil is cold.
TURKEY SPATTER
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 cups Turkey, Cooked
- 1 1/2 cups red onion, pickled
- 1 cup tomtato, filleted
- 1/2 cups serrano pepper, sliced
- 1 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups lettuce, chopped into thin strips
- leaves fresh coriander, to decorate
- Gamesa® Cookies Saladitas
Preparation
For the vinaigrette, mix the lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano; add olive oil in a thread until it integrates perfectly. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix turkey, purple onion, tomato, serrano pepper, cilantro and lettuce. Add the vinaigrette and mix.
Decorate with coriander and accompany with Saladitas®.
