
This salpicón with rice will shine on your table. It is a quick recipe to make, very complete and healthy. Perfect to eat cold and enjoy it in the hot season.
SALPICÓN CON ARROZ
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 1 on Knorr ® Rice to the Poblana
- 2 cups flank steak, cooked, without salt and shucked
- 1 cup roma tomato , seedless, in squares
- 5 leaves Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
- 1 3/4 cups Water
- 2 teaspoons Knorr® Beef Broth, granulated
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
Preparation
Pour the water into a pot and add the oil.
Empty the envelope of Knorr ® Rice to the Poblana, mix perfectly. Cover and let boil over high heat.
Lower the flame when it boils and cook for 10 more minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the skirt, tomato, lettuce and the spoon of Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res.
Integrate the rice bowl little by little. Add the vinegar and mix in an enveloping way.
Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
