LEMON AND CHIA WATER
Ingredients
- 8 lemons
Preparation
Soak the chia seeds in two cups of water, at least 30 minutes or until they become fluffy and release their mucilage.
Cut the lemons in half. Squeeze until you get a juice or liquefy if you prefer. Add sugar to taste.
Add the previously soaked chia.
Cool and serve.
TIPS
If we liquefy the lemons, it is very likely that we will need less quantity than indicated in the recipe.
