Preparation
For the seasoning, lightly roast the chiles in a comal, trying not to burn them. Then, blend the chiles until a very fine powder is obtained.
In a bowl, mix the chilli powder with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a pan over low heat, toast the almonds until they release their aroma and remove.
In the same pan heat the olive oil and cook the mixture of chilies until you get a paste. Add the almonds, the hot sauce and the lemon juice. Cook a few minutes and remove.
Let the almonds dry and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve in containers.
