Preparation
Heat a pot with the water, add the salt and cook the corn kernels until they are soft. Chill and reserve.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the spicy sauce until it is integrated. Reserve.
Place the potatoes in a plastic bag and crush with a wooden shovel until a fine powder forms. Reserve.
Place the corn on a board and insert a wooden stick, cover with lemon and mayonnaise, sprinkle with the mashed potatoes of your choice.
