Nutty Matcha Latte [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
- Heat the milk in a small sauce pan over low heat or in a milk-frothing machine.
- Add the matcha powder, coconut oil, and almond extract and whisk to combine.
Notes
If the matcha powder gets clumpy, mix it with a small amount of milk first. You can also pour through a fine-mesh strainer.
