MARZIPÁN ATOLE
Ingredients
8 Portions
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1/2 cups condensed milk light
- 5 Marzipan
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 raja cinnamon, to cook the atole and to serve
Preparation
Blend the whole milk with water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, Mexican marzipan, corn starch until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat a pot over medium heat, pour the previous preparation, add the cinnamon and cook until thick, serve the atole and enjoy warm.
