Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Add 1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled (optional)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Slowly increase speed to high, blend for approximately 1 minute.
