PERFECT PAPAYA SMOOTHIE (WITH GINGER)
Lime adds a perfect fresh counteract to the sweet papaya and spicy ginger. Lime is rich in antioxidants, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. The vitamin C and flavonoid content of limes make it your skin’s best friend by helping to boost natural collagen production. The acidity of limes also helps with the breakdown of food, ensuring we get all of the optimal nutrients out of our food by the time it reaches our intestines.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 large papaya
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 lime
1/4 cup fresh mint
1 cup ice
1 Plain Cleanse Shake packet or Plain Daily Shake
Directions:
Cut papaya in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Remove flesh from skin and put directly into the blender.
Peel ginger. Slice lime in half and juice (discarding seeds). Remove mint leaves from the stem.
Add coconut milk, ginger, lime juice, mint, and ice to the blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Serve the papaya smoothie immediately.
