Blood Types O & A
Enjoy this Tangy Pomegranate Dressing over a roasted eggplant salad.
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Instructions:
- Simply pulse the ingredients in a food processor until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Loosen the dressing with a little water if desired. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
Blood Types O & A
Add an exotic touch to your meal with this Creamy Tahini Dressing, we love it with crudités!
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp honey*
- Lemon zest
*Avoid for type O non-secretor, substitute agave syrup.
Instructions:
- Simply whisk the ingredients in a bowl until combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Loosen the dressing with a little water if desired. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
Blood Types O, A, B & AB
Try this Greek Style Feta Dressing, it is great with a Cobb salad!
Ingredients:
- 5 oz feta cheese*
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
*Avoid for type O non-secretor, substitute romano cheese.
Instructions:
- Simply pulse the ingredients in a food processor until combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Loosen the dressing with a little water if desired. If preferred, add some extra crumbled feta or romano for texture. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
