NOPAL WALLPAPER WITH BREAST

NOPAL WALLPAPER WITH BREAST

Ingredients

6 Portions
  • 1/2 packages N/A Pechuga de Pavo Virginia Zwan®, for the filling (250 g per package)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 2 cups cherry tomato, in halves, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups serrano pepper, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups epazote, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 cup Zwan® panela cheese, in medium cubes, for the filling
  • enough salt, for the filling
  • enough black pepper, for the filling
  • enough olive oil
  • 6 nopales, big
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 1 cup pinto beans, refried
  • chili peppers, bullfighters to accompany
  • to taste red onion, filleted, for garnish
  • to taste oregano, to decorate

Preparation

On a board, cut the Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast into small squares.
In a hot skillet, pour the olive oil and lightly cook the red onion and garlic, until they turn bright. Add the cherry tomato, the serrano pepper, the oregano, the epazote, the Zwan® panela cheese and the Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast in squares, season with salt and pepper, integrate and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and reserve.
On a large sheet of aluminum foil pour a little olive oil, place a piece of nopal, spread on the nopal a tablespoon of refried bay beans and the filling mixture on top, cover the nopal with the sheet of aluminum foil and close trying leave no opening. Repeat until finished with the nopales.
Place the nopales on a hot comal and cook for 15 minutes, over medium low heat. Once the time has elapsed, break the aluminum sheet and serve the nopal accompanied by toreado chilies and white rice.
