- 8 Whole Omega-3 eggs - hardboiled peeled & cooled
- 2 Whole Fresh Ripe Avocado pitted and scooped
- 2 Tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne optional
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Finely chopped red onion more or less depending on preference
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
