1 half of a papaya
½ cup chia pudding
1 teaspoon raw pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 spring fresh mint
Slice a papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. (Save the other half for tomorrow’s breakfast or for a lunch salad or dessert).
Put chia pudding in the center and sprinkle with the other ingredients. Mix it up and enjoy!
