PEANUT BUTTER DIP [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, REFINED SUGAR-FREE]
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (any nut butter will work)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (any liquid sweetener will work)
- Dippers, for eating (apples, celery, carrots, crackers, chocolate chips, berries)
PREPARATION
- Stir yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until no lumps remain.
- Serve with your favorite dippers!
NOTES
The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
