STRAWBERRY AND RADISH SALAD WITH GREEN SUPERFOOD DRESSING [VEGAN]
INGREDIENTS
SALAD
- mixed leafy greens
- 8 strawberries sliced
- 8 radishes thinly sliced
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 2 handfuls activated walnuts or regular walnuts soaked overnight
GREEN SUPERFOOD DRESSING
- 1 cup cashews soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian spirulina powder
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 cup filtered water, more as needed
PREPARATION
- Grab your favourite salad bowls and fill them with the salad ingredients.
- Blend the dressing ingredients until super smooth and creamy.
- Pour over the salad, mix in, and enjoy!
- Left over dressing will last in the fridge for 2 days.
