
A quick and easy blueberry simple syrup that is perfect for everything from smothering
pancakes to using in drinks like blueberry lemonade!
Blueberry Syrup

ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
directions
- Bring everything to a boil, in a large saucepan, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before removing from heat to cool.
Note: Store in a sealed container in fridge and enjoy within 2 weeks.
