I often make blackened cajun seasoned shrimp in a cast iron pan and grilling it is even better! This recipe is so easy to make! The shrimp is seasoned with a homemade cajun seasoning before it is grilled on the barbecue!
Cajun Butter Garlic Grilled Shrimp with Cilantro Lime Avocado Sauce

ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deviened
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chipped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- salt to taste

- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute, before removing from heat.
- Season the shrimp with the cajun spice blend, skewer and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Brush the cooked shrimp with the garlic butter and lemon juice and enjoy dipping them in the avocado sauce!
- Mix everything well and enjoy!
