Pina Colada Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla Bone Broth Protein or Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake To Go
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh, frozen, or canned unsweetened pineapple
- 1 tablespoon, ground flax seed, optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
- Ice, optional
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
