Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla Bone Broth Protein or Collagen Shake To Go™ in Vanilla Almond
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries, about ½ cup
- ½ to 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon, ground flax seed, optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
- Ice, optional
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Optionally blend in a handful of ice cubes.
