Have you heard of golden lattes? I feel like they are so popular right now because turmeric is super anti-inflammatory. I decided to create my own with a chaga twist. I love the awesome healing properties of chaga.
Golden Chaga Latte [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 cup chaga tea
- 1/ cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch ginger
Preparation
- Make chaga tea as directed on the package.
- Gently heat the milk and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well or blend and enjoy hot.
