Tandoori Masala Sandwich With Cheese [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
Ingredients
- 3 cups chickpeas, cooked
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Sandwich bread
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Vegan cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Cut the onion and cloves of garlic and toss them in a pan with a little oil.
- When the onions are a little cooked, add the tandoori masala and the lemon juice. Mix them well while cooking the ingredients.
