Preparation
Cut the tortillas into thin strips. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the tortilla strips until they are golden brown for 5 minutes. Remove the oil and drain to remove excess oil.
Heat in a medium saucepan the tortilla soup broth plus a can of water, over medium heat until it boils for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
Serve in a deep dish, a little fried tortillas, panela cheese, chicharro, avocado and fried guajillo chili. Finish by filling with the hot tortilla soup broth
