Creamy Butternut Squash and Orange Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (or more, to taste)
3/4 cup roasted butternut squash
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 large orange, peeled & chopped
1 blood orange, peeled & chopped
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp ground flax
1 chunk ginger, peeled
Juice of 1 lime
1 red chilli (optional)
A handful of ice
STEPS
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more almond milk for a more liquid smoothie.
- Serve with a sprinkle of hemp hearts and chia seeds.
