This smoothie, however, keeps all that flavor from your favorite snack but is super easy to make and much healthier than its sandwich counterpart.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup steamed cauliflower, frozen
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 4 ice cubes (if strawberries are fresh and not frozen)
