LENTIL PANCAKES IN GREEN SAUCE

Preparation
For the pancakes, mash the lentils, onion, garlic, celery, coriander, ground bread and cumin with Knorr® 100% Natural Chicken Broth in a processor. With the help of your hands, form medium pancakes. Reservation.
For the sauce, in a pot with oil, fry the tomatoes, serrano pepper, garlic and onion over medium heat for 5 minutes; then pour the water, add Knorr® 100% Natural Chicken Broth and cook for 10 more minutes. Let cool and blend. Reservation.
