
In this hot season enjoy a spicy mango chyma with cubes of fresh fruit and chilito powder, this delicious mangrove will fascinate you. It is perfect to enjoy it in the summer.
MANGONADA
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups ice
- 5 mangos, (4 pieces for scraping and one piece cut in cubes to decorate)
- 3/4 cups chamoy, liquid (¼ cup to flush the glasses)
- 3/4 cups Chili pepper, powder (¼ cup to flush the glasses)
- 1/2 cups pineapple, enchilada
- 4 tamarind pulps, in rolls
- 4 tamarind pulp enchiladas
Preparation
In a small pot, heat the water with the sugar until it forms a thick syrup. Let it cool.
Blend the syrup with the four-mango pulp and the ice until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
Frost glasses with a little chamoy and chilito powder. Decorate the interior of the glasses with chamoy.
Pour the mangosteen into the glasses and place the mango cubes, decorate with the chamoy, the chile and the sweet peaks. It serves.
