
A good recipe for pineapple chamoyada of course that should not be missed in your recipes. This classic frappé style drink is refreshing and will satisfy your craving for chamoy. In addition, it will be the favorite of young and old, because it can be accompanied by sweets and gummies. In case you don't want to use ice to prepare it, you can simply freeze the pineapple and you will achieve the same effect.
PINNEAPLE CHAMOYADA
Ingredients
2 Portions
- 1 pineapple, honey, cut into cubes
- 2 cups ice
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- enough liquid chamoy
- enough chilli powder
- enough pineapple, cut in fans, to decorate
- enough spicy gummy
- enough Chamoy sweets, or spicy
Preparation
For the chamoyada, place in the blender the pineapple cubes, the ice, the sugar, the lemon juice, the pineapple juice, and blend until obtaining a thick mixture.
Dip the glass mouth in the chamoy powder, and immediately frost with the chili powder. Place more chamoy inside the glass and then serve the pineapple chamoyada.
Decorate with pineapple, chili gummies and chili candies. Enjoy and share.
