Ingredients
- For the Marinade:
- 2 Tablespoons Whole grain mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic gloves minced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 2 4-6 ounces Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
- For the Vegetables:
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Thinly sliced
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon plus one pince Sea Salt
