
Prepare this recipe for mango gelatin in syrup with a touch of orange and half creamy with condensed milk, cream cheese, natural yogurt, with a spectacular decoration with fresh mango. It is a delicious dessert, easy to make and not only is it ideal for finishing any meal, but it can also be perfect for family gatherings.
BICOLOR MANGO JELLY
Ingredients
8 Portions
- 1/2 cups orange juice, for the water jelly
- 2 cups mango in syrup, for the water jelly
- 1 cup syrup, mango, for water gelatin
- 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated with water and melted
- 1 cup condensed milk, for milk jelly
- 1 cup Philadelphia® cream cheese, for milk jelly
- 1 cup evaporated milk, for milk jelly
- 1 cup natural yogurt, for milk jelly
- 2 envelopes gelatin, (7 gc / u) hydrated with milk and melted
- 1 cup mango, diced, for garnish
- to taste peppermint, to decorate
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients of the water gelatin until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a jelly pan and refrigerate until set.
For the milk gelatin, blend the condensed milk with the Philadelphia® cream cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt and gelatin.
Pour over the gelatin of water and refrigerate until completely set.
Unmold the jelly and decorate with mango cubes and mint leaves.
