Bring in 2016 with a sparkling sweet drink that you can feel good about putting into your body. It tastes so good, you won't even miss the alcohol. The best part is waking up feeling refreshed and energetic with absolutely no hangover.
Non-Alcoholic Champagne Mocktail
6 cups sparkling water or more to taste and preference
4 cups white grape juice
2 cups pineapple juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice
3 – 4 Tbsp raw agave nectar (or other sweetener*) depending on taste and preference
2 - 3 tsp minced fresh ginger depending on taste and preference
Place the juice, agave and ginger in your blender on a low speed for a couple of seconds to combine.You could just stir it all together.
Gently stir in the the sparkling water and then tweak to taste. You might want more sweetener or ginger. Serve in a large punch bowl or into individual Champagne flutes.
Serves about 8.
Awesome mocktail....I loved it. You should also try some alcoholic drinks without worry about hangover..yes, only take one shot of anti hangover drinks.
