
Enjoy this delicious cold dessert with an easy cheesecake recipe and all the flavor of Chokis® Brownie. This dessert is very creamy and is prepared without an oven. It also has a special touch with cookie chips and a delicious chocolate-filled Chokis® Brownie base. Don't forget to decorate it with whipped cream and Chokis® cookies on top.
BISCUIT CHEESECAKE
Ingredients

- 3 cups Chokis® Brownie, for the base
- 1/2 cups walnut, for the base
- 1/4 cups butter
- 4 cups cream cheese, for the cheesecake
- 2 cups whipping cream, for the cheesecake
- 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the cheesecake
- 2 cups Chokis® cookies, for the cheesecake
- 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted, for cheesecake
- 1 cup chocolate chips, bitter for cheesecake
- enough whipped cream, chocolate to decorate
- enough Chokis® Brownie, to decorate
Preparation
In a processor, crush the Chokis® Brownie Cookies and nuts, add the butter and mix until it has a homogeneous and firm dough. Place on a cake base and press to compact. Refrigerate
Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, condensed milk, chopped Chokis® cookies, grenetina and mix until incorporated, pour on cookie base and refrigerate for 2 hours. Unmold and reserve.
Garnish with whipped cream and Chokis® Brownie Cookies.
