
These jícama and surimi taquitos are very fresh and delicious. Thin slices of jicama with a mixture of creamy surimi and mango chunks and an avocado purée that you will love. Do not stop preparing them!
TAQUITOS DE JÍCAMA AND SURIMI
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 2 cups surimi, shredded
- 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
- 2 branches celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cups palmetto, finely chopped
- 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Chile chipotle milled
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 grams Probiotics, 2 envelopes
- 1 avocado, for the mash
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 slices jicama
- 2 mangos, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
For the filling, in a bowl mix the surimi with the purple onion, celery, corn kernels, palm hearts, mayonnaise, chipotle, salt and probiotic. Reservation.
For the puree, with the help of a fork, puree the avocado and mix with the ginger, the lemon juice and the soy sauce.
Form the jicama tacos by mashing a bit of avocado puree over the slices of jicama, add a little of the surimi filling, place mango cubes and finish with alfalfa germ.
