Basic Bone Broth Recipe
- 2 pounds of bones from a Clean-friendly source such as wild game or organic lamb or chicken.
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt
- water to cover
Place bones, water, and vinegar in a pot for 1 hour to help minerals release into the stock.
Add vegetables and boil. Remove any film that forms on the top of your broth.
Reduce to low heat and simmer for 24-72 hours (turn your stove off at night while sleeping).
Cool broth, salt, and serve or store in your fridge or freezer.
