Protein Packed Turmeric Smoothie Bowl [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 1 scoop plant based protein powder, vanilla
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, steamed then frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Chopped almonds
- Hemp Seeds
Preparation
- Place smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl. Top with desired toppings.
