Tropical Delight Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Base
2 cups pineapple (cubed, fresh or frozen)
2 cups mango (cubed, fresh or frozen)
2 small bananas (frozen, fairtrade)
½ cup plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
Toppings
¼ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 kiwi (sliced)
¼ cup pistachios (shelled, unsalted)
Directions

Add all of the base ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Divide between two bowls.

Split the coconut, chia, kiwi, and pistachio between the two bowls as toppings.
