Adaptogenic Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 zucchini
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha
- 1/2 teaspoon reishi
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch pink Himalayan salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you prefer it sweeter add a banana or another date. If you prefer it thinner add some almond or oat milk. This serving serves two small glasses or one big.
