Vegan Protein Chocolate Shake [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 400ml (gluten-free) plant-based milk
- 50g of nutmeg
- 100 grams of peanuts
- 25g sweetner, or 2-3 dates
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 100g ice cubes
- 50g (gluten-free) oatmeal, 100g oatmeal contain about 15 grams of protein
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for about 30-45 seconds.
