Homemade Gluten-Free Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 cup flaxseeds, ground
- ½ cup hemp hearts
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups raisins (or 1 cup raisins and 1 cup goji berries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients (except raisins/goji berries) together.
- Add coconut oil and cacao butter to a pan and heat until just melted.
- Remove from heat and add maple syrup and vanilla.
- Pour over dry ingredients and mix. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add raisins/goji berries and mix.
- Cool, then store in an airtight container in fridge.
