Simply blend all of the ingredients in a blender, pour the juice into the moulds, freeze for four hours, and voila! Delicious, wholesome popsicles. Plus the kiwi makes the whole thing taste amazingly sweet and tangy.
KIWI SPINACH POPSICLES [VEGAN]
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cups baby spinach
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 drops of lemon juice
- 1 whole kiwi, skin removed
PREPARATION
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend smooth.
- In a popsicle mould, pour the blended mixture and freeze it for 4-5 hours or until done.
