Chunky Monkey Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups plant-based milk (plain or vanilla, unsweetened)
2 cups banana slices (frozen ripe or overripe)
¾ cup organic baby spinach leaves (optional, +¼ cup as desired, loosely packed cups, see Chef’s Notes)
3 tbsp almond butter (+1 Tbsp as desired, See Chef’s Notes)
3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (optional, +1 Tbsp as desired, see Chef’s Notes)
3 tbsp shredded coconut (optional, unsweetened)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (fair or direct trade)
Directions

Add the milk, banana, spinach, almond butter, protein powder, coconut, and cocoa powder to a blender and puree until very smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
