Ingredients:
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup blueberries
1 pear
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 dates
1 cup ice
Bonus: add 2-3 cups of leafy greens like spinach for a boost of folate
Directions:
Remove seeds and stem from pear.
Blend all ingredients on high until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
