Doner kebab is a type of Turkish grilled meat that is typically served in a pita or roll with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and sauce. This meat-free version swaps the grilled meat for seitan that is fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, then topped with all the fixings and a creamy spiced sauce. It's a quick and easy way to throw together a week's worth of lunches or dinners in hardly any time at all.
