Immune-Boosting Wild Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon ABC nut butter
- 1½ cups (12 oz/375 ml) unsweetened plant-based milk of choice (coconut, almond, oat)
Optional:
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons homemade granola
Method:
- Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Drink as is, or turn the blend into a smoothie bowl by serving in a bowl and topping with a swirl of coconut yogurt and homemade granola.
