LAYERED SHRIMP SANDWICH

Recipes with shrimp are always a mixture of delicate flavors, and a clear example is this Shrimp Sandwichón recipe, which is accompanied by an oyster dip. The best thing about this easy recipe is that everything is prepared while cold, but it is important that you know that you have to use adhesive plastic wrap in the mold for when ready to unmold the sandwichon or large multo layered sandwich.

LAYERED SHRIMP SANDWICH

Ingredients

12 Portions
  • 2 packages cream cheese, for the dip, 190 gc / u
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the dip
  • 1 can smoked oyster, finely chopped, for the dip (80g each)
  • 3 tablespoons macha sauce, for the dip
  • enough salt and pepper
  • 15 slices white bread
  • 2 cups shrimp, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup surimi, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut in cube
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut in half moons
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup green olive, cut in half
  • 1 cup surimi, cut into cubes
  • enough cucumber, cut the ribbons

Preparation

In a bowl, add the cream cheese, add the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the smoked oysters, the salsa macha, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
Cut the edges off the slices of bread.
Cover the surface of a bowl with the sticky plastic and arrange the slices of bread pressing the edges so that they stick together.
Spread some of the dip on the bread. At the center, add half of the shrimp, the surimi, the cucumber and the scallion. Cover this mixture with more bread, spread a little dip and finish with the rest of the ingredients. Cover with more bread and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Unmold upon a plate, then cover the sandwichón with the rest of the dip. Decorate from bottom to top forming the first layer of cucumber alternating with cherry tomatoes. Continue with the second layer made of shrimp and green olives.
For the third layer, add shrimp and surimi, finish with a layer of cherry tomatoes and place the cucumber strips in the center. Cut and serve.
