This gorgeous pink smoothie that you’ll love to look at is an excellent way to both hydrate and switch up the flavor of your usual smoothies. This rose smoothie has a unique flavor and benefits digestion and boosts immunity. We love this smoothie on a cleanse to change things up.
ROSE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
1 small beet (cooked, if you have a lower power blender)
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2 rose tea bags
12 ounces hot water
1 Cleanse shake packet ( or two scoops of Daily Shake)
1 date
Optional: 1 cup ice
Directions:
Step 1: Steep rose tea. Place two bags into 12 ounces of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove bags, then let cool.
Step 2: Peel and chop beet. Once the tea is cool, add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Serve rose smoothie immediately.
