Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup millet flakes

- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Roll out 6 equal buns and place them on a baking tray with parchment paper.
- At 390°F, bake the buns for 45 minutes.
