This dessert is simple and easy to prepare, and it also works as a light snack or to surprise at any meeting with friends or with your family. It is made with coconut water and natural fruits, and to this jelly recipe you can add any seasonal fruit you want. As a tip, you can put the jello in the freezer for a few minutes to speed up the curdling.
COCONUT JELLY WITH RED FRUITS
Ingredients
10 Portions
- 2 container coconut water, Nature's Heart® 330 ml each
- 1/4 cups grated coconut, for coconut jelly
- 4 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted for coconut jelly
- 1/2 cups cranberry , Nature's Heart® to accompany
- 1/2 cups strawberry, diced to accompany
- 1/2 cups blueberry, To accompany
- 1/2 cups raspberry, in halves to accompany
- enough grated coconut, and toasted to decorate
Preparation
For coconut jelly, blend Nature's Heart® coconut water, grated coconut and grenetina until thoroughly mixed. Reservation.
On small molds, pour the coconut jelly to ¼ of the mold and refrigerate until set. When it is solid, place the Nature's Heart® blueberries, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and pour the rest of the coconut jelly, refrigerate again until set.
Serve on a plate, decorate with roasted coconut and enjoy.
