LIME AND CUCUMBER CHAMOYADA
Ingredients
2 Portions
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seedless, in large cubes
- 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- enough ice
- 2 lemons, cut into slices
- enough chilli powder, to frost
- 1/2 cups chamoy
- enough chamoy sweets, to decorate
- enough tamarind candy, and bittersweet, to decorate
- 1 yellow lemon, sliced, to decorate
- 1 lemon, sliced, to decorate
- enough chilli powder, to serve
Preparation
Blend the cucumber with the lime juice, sugar and ice until you achieve a consistency of shaved ice or scrapes
Frost the glasses pressing them a little through the slices of lemon and chile powder.
