Desserts with chocolate are the most popular and delicious, so we prepare this recipe for No bake Chocolate Almond Cheesecake that is combined with yogurt, to give it a better consistency. This is a healthy easy dessert because when you mix Cocoa with chocolate you subtract the amount of sugar from your preparation.
NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE ALMOND CHEESECAKE
Ingredients

- 2 cups Nature’S Heart® almond chocolate, for the crust
- 2 1/2 cups light cream cheese, 475 g
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 cups whipping cream, hot
- 1/2 cups dark chocolate, melted
- 2 envelopes gelatin, hydrated (bloomed) and absorbed Divided (7g each)
- enough Nature’S Heart® sliced almonds, to decorate
- enough raspberry, to decorate
- enough peppermint, to decorate
Preparation
In a food processor, process Nature's Heart® cocoa and chocolate almonds until you have a paste.
Place on a cake mold and press to compact and form the crust. Refrigerate
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, the Greek yogurt and the vanilla extract until you have a homogeneous mixture. Divide the preparation into two equal parts and reserve.
Pour the hot whipping cream over the chocolate and mix well until dissolved.
Add the chocolate and half the gelatin to a part of the cream cheese mixture and beat until integrated. Pour the preparation on the crust, spread well and refrigerate until set.
Add the rest of the gelatin to the other part of the cream cheese mixture and mix very well. Pour into the mold and match well. Return to the refrigerator until completely set.
Remove from the mold and decorate with sliced Almonds Nature's Heart®, raspberries and mint. Enjoy
