CONDENSED MILK TRUFFLES
Ingredients

- 3/4 cups condensed milk
- 150 grams White chocolate, in pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 cups butter, in squares
- 1/4 cups hazelnut cream
- 1/4 cups coconut
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- enough cocoa
- enough grated coconut
- enough Marie biscuit, ground
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 Marie biscuits, ground
Preparation
Cook condensed milk with white chocolate, vanilla essence and butter for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are completely integrated.
Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Add the hazelnut cream to one, to the second add the grated coconut and to the third the lemon juice. Freeze for 30 minutes or until thick.
Form balls with your hands lightly greased. The chocolate stir in the cocoa, the coconut in the frappé coconut, and the lemon in the cookie powder.
